  • How much does a jacket cost?
    Depending on size, features, and embroidery, finished jackets will vary in cost. Most jackets range from $350 - $400 when completed.
     
  • How long does it take?
    In stock jackets usually ship 2-3 weeks after embroidery designs have been approved by the customer. Custom made jackets usually ship 5-7 weeks after design approval date.
     
  • Can I use my own artwork or logo?
    Yes. Designs must be emailed as vector art or 300 dpi jpeg images. Email to info@jacketback.com. You will be contacted with a price quote based on complexity and size of design.
     
  • Can I send you a jacket to be embroidered?
    Yes. Click on the "Send Us Your Jackets" button on the Designer page. Design your jacket embroidery and go through the check out process. In the "Special Instructions" box, enter the size and color of the jacket to be shipped. Print an extra copy of your order confirmation and include with the jacket.
     
  • Are there more jacket colors available?
    Yes. If you don't see your desired jacket color on our site, email us with your name and phone number as well as color request to info@JacketBack.com. We will update our site with your colors within 2 business days.
     
  • Are there more graphics available?
    Yes. Go to http://www.yourartpages.com and search for what you are looking for. Call 1-888-554-TEAM. M-F from 9-5:30 PST with graphic file name.
     
  • Are quantity discounts available?
    Yes. Save 10% on orders of 6-9 jackets. Save 15% on orders of 10-23 jackets. Save 20% on orders of 24+. This offer is based on the same products, in the same design and color being purchased.
     
  • How can I design my jacket with the multi-colored (Blaze) text?
    "Blaze" is available for jacket back designs only. In the Design Tool, choose "Design" - "Blaze Lettering". Choose format desired (straight, arched, etc.) Place text in desired location and choose colors. Note: Text will not be able to be personalized within the design tool. Enter desired text and location in the "Special Instructions" box during checkout

    Blaze text is available for Jacket Backs Only. In Design Tool, click on "Designs" - "Blaze Lettering" Choose layout (straight, arched, etc.) Place text in desired location. Choose colors. Text can not be personalized within the Design Tool. Enter the desired text in the "Special Instructions" box during checkout.

    Don't see your colors?
    If your desired jacket colors are not represented, send an email to info@jacketback.com. We will add them to the website within 2 business days. If you are not able to find a suitable graphic within the Design Tool, go to http://www.yourartpages.com and search for what you would like (ie football, bulldogs, etc.) Call 888-554-TEAM with the design name and speak to a customer representative.
